SABnzbd no longer moving media on completion

I'm wondering if someone can help me troubleshoot this issue.
I have a Synology DS218* running Sonarr (20210717-19) and Radarr (20210708-15) with SABnzbd (3.3.1-49) as the download client.
I recently updated the NAS to DMS 7.0(-41890), although I'm not sure if that's what caused this issue, and now SABnzbd is no longer moving movies or episodes over to my media partition when the download completes and compiles.
The internal users sc-radarr and sc-sabnzbd (I don't see a similar user for Sonarr?) both have full Read/Write permission on both the SABnzbd partition, and the Media partition.
There are also no errors on the SABnzbd dashboard. Radarr and Sonarr are only displaying failed to import errors for newly downloaded media in their respective Activity tabs, nothing else.

(You'll see I've been downloading the movie Prisoners through Radarr, and a S2 Simpsons episode on Sonarr, to test the issue.)
What am I missing here? Can anyone help me figure this out?
(* The Synology DS218 doesn't support Docker, so that's not an option unfortunately!)

Edit 1: I figured I'd try uninstalling SABnzbd from its own partition and installing it on the Media partition—in an attempt to get around the potential permissions issue—but that doesn't seem to have made a difference. I downloaded another random TV episode (through Sonarr) and it's just sitting in the completed directory.

Edit 2: Okay sounds like I misunderstood, and it's Radarr and Sonarr that seem to be failing to rename and organize these files on completion, not SABnzbd. I would still appreciate help if anyone has any ideas! Thank you!

You shouldn't be using sabnzbd to move downloads into your library, it should be setup to download into a download folder and that's it, no sorting/renaming either, mostly.
Sonarr/radarr will move from the download location to the library.
Are you using native or Docker? The native packages for this stuff are pretty trash, I'd personally suggest Docker if your Synology supports it, but there is a big curve so check out r/sonarr and any Docker post will have links to a couple great guides.
